Please note that the warranty does not cover easy-wearing parts or damages caused by human error. Our warranty commitment entails providing a replacement for any defective original part covered under the warranty. Within the first 30 days of receipt, if the product exhibits any quality issues, we will provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical guidance. If our after-sale department determines that the product requires return for repair, all round-trip shipping costs will be covered by us. Between 30 days and 1 year from receipt, should the product encounter any quality problems, we will provide free replacement parts and professional remote technical guidance. If repair necessitates return shipping, the customer will be responsible for half of the shipping costs. After 1 year from receipt, free technical guidance will be available for any quality issues. However, customers will be required to cover the cost of replacement parts. Additionally, if the repair requires return shipping, the customer will incur related maintenance costs as well as all round-trip shipping charges, which will be provided upon request. Please be aware that for spare parts orders , the warranty period is 3 months, and for batteries, it is 6 months.
