The Arlington by Best Barns offers a spacious interior and large loft area for all your storage needs. Featuring a second floor loft with 4 ft. – 3 in. headroom that provides a significant amount of additional storage for items such as household items and decorations. 2 (two) Dormers and a gable window with sunburst provide additional light and ventilation. The first floor, with it’s high side walls, has plenty of room to add shelving for even more versatile storage. Included are double pocket doors, 1 (one) 32 in. x 80 in. 9 lite walk-in door, 2 (two) 18 in. x 36 in. windows with vinyl shutters, 1 (one) gable window with sunburst and 2 (two) dormers with windows. Floor is not included. Check with your local permit authority before placing order. Shingles purchased by homeowner. Building is shipped directly to you via curbside delivery.
